Returns/Refunds

Email us at pecanshop@gmail.com with your Return request within 14 days of purchase. 

Products may be opened or unopened.

We will provide you an RMA number.

You can ship it back to the address on the label, or we can provide you a return label. 

You will get a full refund when we receive the return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 5 business days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
